Volunteer Categories

Event & Production Team

  • Assist with stage management, backstage coordination, artist hospitality

  • Oversee audience entry, seating, and guest experience

  • Support light & sound coordination under supervision

Sponsorship & Partnerships

  • Research and reach out to local brands, institutions, and CSR partners

  • Draft sponsorship letters and assist in presentation material

  • Maintain sponsor relationship logs and acknowledgment lists

Media & Public Relations

  • Support photo/video documentation teams

  • Draft social media posts, assist with press invites, and event coverage

  • Help manage influencer, journalist, and collaborator outreach

Community & Campus Outreach

  • Represent Trīṇi in your college as a campus ambassador

  • Facilitate group visits or audience mobilization

  • Distribute posters/flyers and coordinate word-of-mouth promotions

Creative & Design Support

  • Assist in visual content creation (graphics, reels, stories)

  • Help with brochure design, captioning, and artist features

  • Contribute ideas for storytelling and social engagement

About the Program

Trīṇi: Conversations in Classical Dance is a contemporary South Asian classical dance showcase curated byShrestha L'Artiste Ballet House. Featuring three dancers and 5–8 original pieces, the production celebrates dialogue between forms — Odissi and Kathak — through new-age music, movement, and storytelling.
 
This edition of Trīṇi opens its doors to young enthusiasts through a Volunteer Program designed for college students/art enthusiats and emerging professionals passionate about culture, art management, and live performance.

Program Duration

November 2025 – February 2026
 

  • November–December: Orientation & role training

  • January: Outreach, marketing, and pre-production tasks

  • February: On-ground event execution & showcase support

Who Can Apply
 

  • Students and recent graduates (18–25 years)

  • Interest in performing arts, event management, or cultural communications

  • Based in Delhi NCR (preferably South or Central Delhi)
